Preliminary notice is hereby given that the AGM of Killyleagh Yacht Club will be held in the Clubhouse at 7.30 p.m. on Monday 23rd February, 2026.
Notice of any alterations or additions to the Rules, intended to be proposed by a member of the Club, must be sent to the Secretary, in writing, by Saturday 31st January, 2026
Nominations for Officers and committee members, properly proposed and seconded with the nominee’s agreement to serve, must be sent to the Secretary by Saturday 31st January, 2026.
Notice of all other business to be raised at the AGM must be sent to the Secretary by 31st January, 2026
Notices and Nominations of the above three categories shall be included in the Agenda which will be sent to each member prior to the AGM.
